Important Product Notice: Our dog treats are made with natural, locally sourced ingredients and are intended for canine consumption only. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order with Let's Paws & Eat, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute final acceptance of your purchase offer.

Payment: We accept multiple secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards and other options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your financial information is fully protected.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Let's Paws & Eat is committed to getting your pup's treats to your door as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for reference only  actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Shipping Time: Standard delivery within the United States takes 5–10 business days
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $219
• Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped

Let's Paws & Eat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our treats are a perishable food product made fresh in small batches, we have a carefully considered return policy to protect both our customers and product integrity.

• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
• Eligible Returns: We accept returns only for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or partially consumed treat packages cannot be returned for health and food safety reasons
• Refund Processing: Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

• Always supervise your dog while they enjoy our treats, especially smaller breeds or dogs that tend to gulp food
• Introduce new treats gradually into your dog's diet, especially if your dog has a sensitive stomach

• Store treats in a cool, dry place and consume within the recommended timeframe after opening
